Most DAWs are built for music and merely tolerate speech. Hindenburg flips that: every part of the editor is designed around telling stories with voices. Record or import interviews, arrange them on a story-focused timeline, and Hindenburg automatically levels loudness to broadcast standards as you work, so episodes come out consistent without manual gain riding.

Editing is text-driven. Hindenburg transcribes your recordings and lets you cut audio by selecting words in the transcript (the Manuscript feature), while the Clipboard organizes clips, music beds, and recurring segments for reuse across episodes. One-click publishing sends finished episodes directly to podcast hosts and Libsyn-style feeds.
