AI Endurance is an AI coaching platform for runners, cyclists, and triathletes that takes a genuinely machine-learning approach to training: it trains a neural network — a Digital Twin of you — on your own workout history, then computes the plan that maximizes your predicted performance on race day. There are no templates and no generic schedules; the plan is calculated for your physiology and re-optimized every time you train.
The process starts by connecting your data. AI Endurance imports past exercise from Garmin, Suunto, Coros, Polar, Wahoo, Hammerhead, Intervals.icu, Strava, Stryd, Oura, Whoop, and Zwift, and learns how you respond, recover, and adapt to different training loads. Beginners without history can start with a short learning protocol of fitness tests instead. Once the Digital Twin is trained, the platform prescribes and continuously re-optimizes your sessions, pushing finished workouts directly to your watch, bike computer, or platforms like TrainingPeaks and Zwift. An AI coach that knows your data sits alongside the plan: it analyzes training second by second and can change the plan in conversation — move the long ride, swap an interval session, reset your zones. The approach is backed by published research, including work using DFA a1 monitoring.
AI Endurance is Freemium: you can connect your accounts and get started for free, with paid subscription plans unlocking the full Digital Twin coaching, predictions, and workout delivery.
AI Endurance is for data-minded runners, cyclists, and triathletes — from 5K runners to 70.3 and Ironman athletes — who record everything on their devices and want a plan that is computed for them rather than copied from a template.
