SeekOut

SeekOut is an AI-powered talent intelligence platform that helps recruiters find hard-to-reach candidates and build diverse pipelines from deep talent data.

Overview

SeekOut maintains a vast index of public professional profiles and combines it with AI search to surface candidates by skills, experience, and diversity attributes. Recruiters can search talent pools that go beyond any single network, filter for underrepresented groups, and see talent-market analytics for compensation and availability. The platform also supports internal mobility by mapping skills within your existing workforce. Enterprise customers use SeekOut for strategic workforce planning as well as day-to-day sourcing.

SeekOut’s data depth changes how teams approach hard searches. Recruiters can filter by skills demonstrated in projects and patents rather than self-reported titles, which surfaces candidates that keyword searches miss entirely. The diversity tooling supports blind sourcing and underrepresented-talent discovery, letting organizations pursue representation goals without compromising on qualification. Beyond sourcing, talent-market analytics answer strategic questions — where a skill is concentrated, what compensation it commands, how competitive a location is — informing both requisition strategy and workforce planning. Internal mobility features extend the same intelligence inward, mapping existing employee skills to open roles. For enterprise TA teams competing for specialized talent in tight markets, SeekOut functions less like a job board and more like continuous market intelligence about people.
