Grantable is AI grant writing software that works like a complete grants department for nonprofits. It learns an organization’s mission, programs and past proposals once, then finds matching funders, drafts proposals in the organization’s own voice, and keeps every deadline and report on track โ work that would normally require a dedicated grants team.
The platform is organized around desks that handle the full grant lifecycle. The Prospecting desk researches funders by screening 990 filings, giving histories and the live web, then returns scored matches with the reasoning explained in plain English; anyone can also browse more than 50,000 open grants for free. For writing, Grantable turns each RFP into a checklist and drafts the narrative section by section from the organization’s content library, with inline suggestions that strengthen language and catch gaps before reviewers do. A management layer tracks deadlines and the pipeline in list, board and calendar views, runs scheduled scans for new opportunities, and drafts progress reports once a grant is funded. Editable skills and templates from the built-in Marketplace encode the team’s own playbooks, and the content library automatically carries knowledge from one proposal to the next.
Grantable is freemium. The Free plan includes the full product with baseline AI capacity, funder discovery and 5 chat messages a day. Starter costs $50/month with 20 times the AI capacity and unlimited file imports, while Pro runs $150/month with 60 times the capacity for teams running many grants at once. There are no per-seat fees, and an Agency Hub add-on for multi-client work costs $300/month.
Grantable is aimed at nonprofits, grant writers and small development teams that need to find funders and produce strong, on-voice proposals without hiring a full grants department.
