Overview

Unlike template-based capture tools, AIDA’s Hybrid-AI engine needs no batches of training documents: click on a value in one document and it learns which field to extract and where, whatever the layout. Incoming documents are OCR’d, classified, automatically renamed from extracted fields, and stored in a searchable archive with unlimited storage on paid plans. Relationships between documents are mapped into a knowledge graph, and AIDA’s agentic layer — AIDA GPT and Actio — lets users act on document data through natural-language requests. Workflows, approvals, task management and integrations with the storage tools teams already use complete the automation picture. The AIDA Boost engine adds zero-configuration table extraction, turning buried line items into structured rows automatically, and keeps adapting when document layouts change, so automations do not break the way brittle, template-based rules do.
